• In order to get the maximum  number of matches, use search.

• If you want to narrow it down by the name, use author.

• If you want those records that are about a specific subject, use subject.

• You can use the Accelerated Reader Program button to search by grade level and   point level.  There is a variance of several points or reading level each way.
  

• Use number search if you know the ISBN or Library of Congress number, otherwise use name search.
  

• If you want to look at those titles that are only books,or that are only videoes, etc.  use the drop down box on the Media Qualifier
